Prices are in Moroccan dirhams (DH), including VAT for consumers. Professional prices are shown excluding VAT. Delivery costs are shown before the order is placed.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are indicative. The customer checks the parcel on receipt and reports any damage the same day.
5. Payment
Cash on delivery, or bank transfer for professional customers on agreed terms.
6. Returns
Opened food products are not taken back or exchanged, except when they are not compliant. Non-compliant products are replaced or refunded.
7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law, in particular Law No. 31-08 on consumer protection.
